It is not every day that a pastor goes to the nightclub and takes control of the DJ booth to invite club patrons to his church. That’s what happened on Friday night at a popular night spot.

TRAFFIC LIGHTS

A traffic light along the busy main Beach Road has not been working for a few weeks. While it is not disrupting flow of vehicle traffic, pedestrians are impacted more.

There are indications that many constituencies are unhappy that election promises remain unfulfilled. Could these result in a change of hearts and even votes in the next election?

It would be worthwhile to find out how many Samoans living abroad have re-registered for the elections as it is still unclear who would pay for the physical photo and biometric scan.

DENGUE

An advisory has already been issued in New Zealand warning those who travelling to Samoa to pack mosquito repellants and nets for the dengue outbreak.
