Olympic Games live in Samoa

Digicel Samoa announced that Digicel TV will broadcast the Paris 2024 Olympic Games live from France with a dedicated 24/7 channel for the duration of the games.

Digicel TV has been the official rights holder and broadcaster for the Olympic Games in Samoa and the Pacific for several years. For the 17-day 2024 Olympic Games, a dedicated channel on Digicel TV will provide premium content around the clock.

Digicel Samoa CEO, Anthony Seuseu, said; “We are delighted to announce that we will be offering our valued customers extensive live coverage of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. We’ll bring viewers the most exciting sporting moments from the Olympic Games on Digicel TV and the DTV app, including Samoan athletes in rugby sevens, athletics, sailing, boxing, weightlifting, kayaking and much more.”

Paris 2024 Olympic Games coverage on Digicel TV and the DTV app will commence on Saturday, 27 July with the Opening Ceremony and conclude with the closing ceremony on Monday 12 August.
