Last month (April) I went through the media (for reasons stated then) in seeking EPC help to please Upgrade the Power Grid to our factory, so we can try and earn some money to pay the EPC. Unfortunately, no help came but, the writer with no name label me as a free loader and not meeting my outstanding with EPC. 

Last month I met my April installments for the upgrade and I will also meet my May installments as per our sign agreement.

Fa'amolemole lau Afioga EPC CEO Faumui Iese Tauiliili Toimoana and the Vaitele CEO Tapua'i...Please, please can the EPC come and Upgrade our powerline.
