Invest money in young people

Dear Editor,

My prediction is that the P.M. will return to power but this will be his final five-year term.

The P.M. is more cunning than all of us, stupid. My advice to the opposition party is that “small in numbers” does not mean you are weak.

In fact if you work together (cooperate) efficiently it makes for better decision-making and a small group can become a powerful force to be feared.

Keep asking questions. Keep revealing to us the government’s wrongdoings. Educate us all the time. Never give up the fight for what is right.

Prepare yourselves to be better politicians. Pray hard. Meditate. So when your chance comes to hold on to that power that it does not corrupt your mind and soul.

As I have said before, better to invest the money on the people, especially the young ones because they are the hope of the future. The young ones when educated will look after their parents, family and village.

Stop the building of those tall concrete buildings in Apia because they will become expensive to maintain and there is no return of investment of the money that is wasted in building concrete.

Ask yourself, are those concrete buildings producing any money/wealth for the people of Samoa? Governments always create debt for the people.

Only businesses in Samoa can get us out of the 1.5 billion dollar debt. For the next five years Manu Samoa 15s and 7s will get worse unless the government removes themselves completely. God bless Samoa.
