Interesting times in boxing

Re: British heavyweight boxing star Joshua knocks out Klitschko

I saw the whole 11 rounds of this Heavyweight battle 3 times already and for me it is one of the best heavyweight fights in recent memory.

90,000 British spectators turned up to watch Anthony Joshua knock out Wladimir Klitschko. Anthony Joshua now holds 3 of the 5 main heavyweight belts which are IBF, WBA (Super) and IBO. Joseph Parker holds the WBO Heavyweight belt and Deontay Wilder from USA holds the WBC belt.

Joseph Parker’s next fight this week held in New Zealand may be a financial loss for Duco Promotions. Ideally if Joseph Parker wins, he should fight Deontay Wilder for the WBC belt then fight Anthony Joshua later on the year to unify all 5 heavyweight belts.

These are interesting times for the heavyweight division and for Joseph Parker. If Joseph Parker plays his cards right he may make a lot of money by the end of the year.
