Sauileone looks out for better paying job

Life is much harder for those who don’t have a job to provide for the many extra things they need.

This is the belief of Sauileone Feme’ia’i, 29, from the village of Falelauniu.

Sauileone said he was looking for another job at the moment.

“I work at one of the companies, but I’m looking for another one because I can’t stretch my pay that I receive every week for my family,” he said.

Sauileone has a wife and a son.

“Raising a child is not easy, and because I only earn $120 to $140 per week, it’s not enough,” he said.

“When you look at buying pampers and milk for one child, you have to spend $100 for those items and then you’re left with family basic needs to meet.

“I am good at doing hard physical work like working in the plantation and things like that.”

Sauileone said luckily for him, right now he only had only one son to support.

“Life in Samoa is hard, the only solution to cope with that is finding a job to earn income to support your family.

“But for me, I only have one son so it is ok, but I wouldn’t be able to support more than one child right now.”

Sauileone is happy to do any kind of work.

“I am a fast learner and I trust the Lord will give me the right kind of job that is suitable for my skills,” he said.

“I’m not really educated, but I’m strong and an obedient person, I will work hard.

“As I’ve mentioned earlier, nowadays it has been really hard dealing with the expensive cost of living and that is why I’m looking for another job to help my family and support my son.

He believes that life in Samoa is all about hard work.

“If we don’t work, we’ll never reach where we are heading to get blessings for our family,” Sauileone added.

For anyone willing to provide a job, Sauileone can be contacted on mobile phone number 7742013.
