Not sure when you were last in Samoa but this is prime real estate right in the heart of the Savalalo business district. 

Thousands of people go through this area every day and the building is situated right next to Apia’s only pedestrian mall.

Therefore, given the foot traffic, businesses in this building will view this area and this building as absolute gold right in the heart of Samoa’s prime shopping district.

It is one of the better investments made by the government. 

The returns it will get from tenants in this building will only go up in value, as the Apia waterfront development in the years to come will funnel more people into this area.
