The first session was the “H.P. future “where the participants got to see new virtual reality technology and 3D printing technology which H.P. dubbed “the new industrial revolution”.

The other most important session that would suitably cater for the Samoa market and customers of S.S.A.B. was the “H.P. at office”, during this session; H.P. introduced the launching of their H.P. A3 photocopiers for the first time in the market.

The A3 photocopier uses cost effective page wide technology.

“We see this as an opportunity to further our technological understanding on many new innovative H.P. products so we can better assist our customers’ needs pertaining to the products within our Electronics division when they come to S.S.A.B.,” said Nancy.

During the forum, the renowned HP company emphasized the significance of dealing with authorised HP partners around the globe like S.S.A.B. in Samoa as they will ensure the quality of H.P. products and the needed after sales support   are maintained at the anticipated international level.

“S.S.A.B. as an authorised H.P. partner in Samoa has given our people the confidence to purchase H.P. products as S.S.A.B. can provide the after sales support for these electronic H.P. products,” said Ricky Main.

One of S.S.A.B’s most popular promotions that happen twice a year was part of the invitation by H.P. during the conference. H.P. congratulated S.S.A.B. for continuing to promote, sell, looking after the brand as well as being consistent with conducting H.P. promotions for the people of Samoa to take advantage of.

H.P. and S.S.A.B. have been working together many years and the stable relationship has grown stronger and better each year up until now.

The two companies with the same commitment to customer service have unequivocally offered an opportunity for the Samoan people to facilitate their purchasing needs of modern technology.

The crew from S.S.A.B. had the opportunity to experience first-hand the newly released product manufactured by H.P. such as the “Sprocket portable printer” which is about the size of the phone.

This new HP portable printer does not take any ink cartridges or needed to plug to an electric switch, just simply charge, insert a special type of photopaper and develop a photo on hand whether you are at the beach or anywhere in town via Bluetooth connected to your phone or tablet.
