Samoa Airways aircraft coming home

Samoa Airways’ aircraft is on its way to Samoa.

The flight is scheduled to land at Faleolo International Airport at 11.20am tomorrow.

The aircraft will fly over Samoa and American Samoa tomorrow morning before landing.

She will fly from the north-coast of Savai’i, over the islands of Apolima and Manono, along the south-coast of Upolu and onwards to American Samoa before turning back and flying through the north-coast of Upolu.

This will be followed by a low pass over Apia before touchdown at Faleolo at about 11.20AM. 

A special water salute will be provided by the Samoa Airport Authority as the aircraft taxis from the runway to the apron-area.

The Airline’s official launch has been scheduled for Monday, 4pm at the Airport, before its inaugural flight on Tuesday morning at 7 to Auckland.
