Not his achievements

Talofa Mata’afa and

team at the Observer,

Your story about Matafeo’s aspirations for Parliament is a spoof story right?

How can he blatantly take credit for the hard work that was done by others? Most of the ‘achievements’ Mr. Aiafi lists as HIS are not his at all but they belong to a number of other hard working people.

Galumalemana Nu’ufou the former M.E.S.C C.E.O, Beth Onesemo when she was at P.S.C and the current Chair of P.S.C, Tuuu.

They were the ones that did most of the work.

I know for a fact that this fella was the one who was so hard headed that many initiatives were delayed and not taking into account the many times he went on ‘duty’ travel leaving decisions in the air and being delayed.

E sa’o ai Reverend Vavatau - to paraphrase - e oki akoa Samoa pe a sao le kama lea i kokogu o le Palemene.

Please Mr. Aiafi, be honest! Our education system has not developed under your leadership. E leai se alu alu i luma - ga’o le foi i kua.

Sui sui ikula aoga e sola e fia alu i le paloka. Se uso, ua sui fua ikula o aoga ua leai ma se mea lelei ua maua mai ai ga suiga! Fa’amolemole, aua le tau fa’avalea. E le valea uma tagata.
