Two lucky winners will be heading to Samoa from New Zealand for a week in November compliments of Digicel Samoa’s recent promotion with its mobile money service.

Va’apuu and Filda Vitale from New Zealand are the two lucky winners and will be travelling to Samoa in the middle of November to spend time with their families.

“This is a great opportunity for us to take a break and visit families back home, it’s been a while since we visited home so this came just in time,” said an excited Vaapuu.

Digicel’s C.E.O, Farid Mohammed, said Digicel is delighted to give a free trip to their customers.

“We have a lot of customers locally that receive money from relatives and friends in New Zealand through mobile money, so we decided to give a return trip for them. We’ve been giving our local customers the chance to go support Joseph Parker on his fights recently, so it was only fair that we also gave the same opportunity to our customers overseas,” he said.

The company‘s C.C.O, Deepak Khanna, said Digicel’s mobile money is the easiest and fastest way to send and receive money from families overseas.

“As soon as the sender clicks on send, the receiver gets a text on their phone that the money is received,” he said.

“All they need to do next is go to either of our branches at the S.N.P.F. Plaza or Frankies Fugalei, or to any of our registered agents around Upolu to take their money out. For our Savaii customers, they can withdraw their money from our branch at Frankies Salelologa. making it convenient for our customers.”

To send money back home using Digicel’s Mobile Money services, customers can log on to www.klickexpacific.com or visit the Digicel website www.digicelsamoa.com.
