Quick, safe and convenient are three words Bluesky customers can expect to love when using the new Top-Up Pacific platform.

Top-Up Pacific, which is a self-service top-up platform for Bluesky prepaid and postpaid capped users, went live at midnight on Friday and customer feedback is positive, according to press release.

According to the statement, the new service makes it easier to add credit at any time of the day or night simply by visiting www.topuppacific.com, or calling the free IVR on 0800 557 557 and following the simple instructions to key in their top-up amount required, followed by credit or debit card details.

It also allows customers to top-up other Bluesky mobiles for friends and family, quickly and easily, and without the need to wait to speak to an operator or make a trip out to your local store.

In addition to this, Bluesky Samoa eCharges can now be purchased from over 6,500 retail stores or petrol stations across New Zealand. This means users can top-up a Bluesky number of a loved one back home in Samoa and receive free local or international calling.

Bluesky Samoa Country Manager, Alex Abraham said Top-Up Pacific makes it even easier for their customers, and adds to the suite of top-up options Bluesky already has in place.

“Top-Up Pacific is part of our continued drive to improve the services we offer for our valued customers. With Top-Up Pacific, it’s immediate, there’s no need to wait to speak to an operator to redeem a voucher to top-up a Bluesky mobile. It’s much more efficient, saving customers valuable time, and allows our customer services team to concentrate on delivering support and advice on the increasing range of services and products we provide,” Mr. Abraham said in the statement.

Top-Up Pacific customers can also have their families’ worldwide visit the Top-Up Pacific website to send top-up to their Bluesky mobile securely and conveniently from wherever they are in the world by using a debit or credit card.

In the unlikely event that customers require assistance completing the Self-Service top-up, there are helpful pop-up menus or Bluesky’s helpful Customer Care Team readily available 24/7 to assist customers should they encounter any issues. Visit www.topuppacific.com today or call 67121 or if in NZ free call 0800 557 557 for more information.
