Cheap labour? Most of the labour is from China. Once the project ends, they return to China. Your point is ridiculous as usual Wendy.

By the way, the “cheap labour” is now moving to growing South East Asian economies like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar.

Chinese companies are moving their operations there for cheap labour because costs of labour are now too expensive in China. 

President Xi Jinping is moving his economy towards renewable energy and higher tech value-added products rather than the labour-intensive development of the 1990’s and early 2000’s. 

Where China was back then, the SE Asian countries are now.
