Thank you Salelologa!

Re: Savaii village bans Chinese businesses

Thank you Saleleloga for stepping up and slowing down the Chinese growth in Samoa.

It’s about time someone or a village to stand up for its community. Hopefully other villages will follow suit.

On the other hand, be careful with Stui and his government because they will come back with a new Constitution amendment where village mayors will be fired if they don’t do what the government tells them to do.

In addition, the government will continue to push to have your customary land leased to the Chinese and Stui will tell us all ... the Chinese can develop your land better than you. Who cares? Why is that a government business? Well my customary land may not be developed but it is still belong to my family and my family still live in peace.

Samoa - protect our land and heritage.

Money may be the husk of many things, but not the kernel. It brings you food but not appetite; medicine but not health; acquaintances (Chinese) but not friends/families; servants but not faithfulness; days of joy, but not peace or happiness”

God bless Samoa.
