Digicel yesterday acknowledged that some customers are still facing issues with their Sky Pacific T.V. service in Samoa.

“I would like to apologise to our valued customers who are currently experiencing service issues,” said C.E.O. Rory Condon.

“Since taking ownership of Sky Pacific on the 1st of April, we have implemented a technical upgrade. While this has improved picture quality, some customers have had their service disrupted.”

Mr. Condon assures customers that additional technical resources have been brought in to restore services as soon as possible.

“As part of this restoration, Sky Pacific customers will be migrated to Digicel’s new T.V. service, Digicel Play. With this move towards Digicel Play, customers can expect better quality pictures, and better overall customer experience.”

If you are one of the affected customers, please call 125 from your Digicel mobile to report your issues. If you are a Bluesky mobile customer, please call +685 8480125. Alternatively, you can also send email enquiries to [email protected] or visit the Digicel main office at the S.N.P.F. Plaza, Level 2.
