Bluesky welcomed Blues legends Jerome Kaino and Steven Luatua at the Bluesky Matafele store yesterday as part of promoting the live game coming to Samoa.

Bluesky Samoa is the proud and official presenting partner of the first ever Investec Super Rugby Championship game between Blues and Reds to be held at Apia, on June 2nd 2017.

This is a reflection of Bluesky's continued sponsorship of sports in Samoa.

It is the first Super Rugby match to be played in Samoa and the first major rugby match to be played under lights at Apia Park National Stadium, and coincides with Samoa’s 55th Independence Celebrations.

The Blues will bring this historic home game against the Reds to be played in Apia on Friday June 2nd 2017 which was announced in January by the Blues Chief Executive Michael Redman and our Prime Minister and Chairman of the Samoan Rugby Union, the Hon Tuilaepa Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi at Samoa House in Auckland.

The Blues and Bluesky are ramping up promotional activity in the lead up to the game which is less than two months away. Jerome Kaino and Steven Luatua who are the most seasoned and senior players of the team are here to engage with key stakeholders and drive engagement and excitement for the game.

They have a jam packed schedule over the next two days. Today they entertained a full house at the Bluesky Matafele Retail store for a solid hour with customers, fans and members of the public who came through for autographs and photos with the two stars.
