After seven weeks of a Health Challenge at the National University of Samoa (N.U.S) Gymnasium, the winners were awarded for their determination and perseverance to make a difference in their lifestyles. The N.U.S. Gym held its end of year function for regular customers with a special highlight this year, a prizegiving for a group of 12 who had completed the health challenge with experienced and qualified trainers, Punaoleola Tipiuta-Mua’itau and Uilisone Kaisala.

Misa Vicky Lepou scooped the Women’s Division Prize while Dan Pemila took the Men’s Division Prize.

“It feels so good after a lengthy challenge trying to make a difference in your lifestyle especially the hard work by our trainers,” said Mr. Pemila.

“Next year will be even tougher as there will be a whole new level of training.” The next challenge will begin in mid-January not just for N.U.S staff but also to the public.  The N.U.S. Gym will still be opening its doors to the public on December 27th - 31st, and starting January 5th, 2016.
