The Samoa Observer’s Clash of Colours Competition as part of the build up to the historical Super Rugby game in Apia between the Blues and the Reds has concluded.

Yesterday, at Eveni Carruthers , two lucky fans were randomly chosen for the chance to meet and dine with their favourite players from a team of their choosing.

Lisa Wilson from Taumeasina Island Resort had entries poured on her and chose the lucky Auckland Blues fan. He is Taupau Emanuele Taupau from Lalovaea. He is set to receive two general admission tickets to the game, two Blues Eveni elei outfits and a chance to dine with any two Blues players of his choice at the Taumeasina Island Resort.

Taupau is raring to meet, Jerome Kaino and Steven Luatua because he wants “to hear what their future goals are.”

Suavi Tuilaepa, of Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel and Bungalows chose the lucky Queensland Reds fan.

He is Anoanoai Fa’afetai Tinei from Elise Fou. He will receive two general admission tickets to the game, two Reds Eveni elei outfits and a chance to dine with any two Reds players of his choice at the Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel and Bungalows.

Anoanoai wants to dine with Alex Mafi and Quade Cooper because “I love how they play on the field.  They aim to win the game. They are the best players on the field in their team.”

The two fans are requested to bring identification cards and get in touch as soon as possible, with Hether Va’ai at Eveni Carruthers at 21416.  As well as Marj Moore from Samoa Observer at 23078.
