Time for some heavy duty praying

Re: $10million loan for Prison
I’m sure the plan for debt repayment is prayer.
The same plan they were relying on for the $9 million shortfall in the first place.
I guess that plan fell through. I hope the prayer plan works out better for them to pay the $10 million loan back than it did for them to get the $9 million they were short in the first place.
Add this to the Faleolo airport debt and that’s going to take some heavy duty praying. Also the airport looks way better in the pictures.
