Sign your own signature

Dear Editor;

I went through the previous news on Samoa Observer and one of the most interesting cases to read is the one between Peseta against Apulu, La’auli and Martin.

Forget about the whole story but the moral of that case for me is: Sign your own signature.

Copying someone else’s handwriting, practicing and comparing every single letter of the owner’s signature to your non-copyright one, and unlawfully signing someone else’s signature are always against the law.

This seems to happen if the fake signer is wanting someone else’s properties or assets or belongings just like this case. At the end of the day, this will end up in court, not only that one at Mulinuu, but the Almighty Court in Heaven (which is above any other court) where ONLY the truth will berevealed.

If signing someone else signature without the owner knowing of the forgery; the person who signs the signature with all those who get involved in the process, must be held accountable for their actions.

Therefore, I’m calling on banks to keep keeping clients details including signatures confidential. I’m calling on Immigration to keep the passport signature confidential.

There is always that one friend  somewhere(can be at the bank, immigration or whatever) that releases confidential information including signatures to his/her mates, families and those he/she knows, to even his $100 tip.

If found, the sinner must be subject under an organisation A.C.T. that prohibited releasing confidential information to the public.

I’m also calling on every organisation where signatures are always required to not release such confidential information to people they know and those they don’t know. Why? Because the arrow will come back to you, just like the SfS contract issue spearing Tuilaepa in the head right now.

Good on those who know the truth and follow it, but feel sorry for those who know the truth but can’t do it, THAT IS A SIN. So don’t call on God in your daily prayers but support Satan in your actions, afraid that the falsifier will be condemned on the judgement seat at the last day.

And I’m pretty sure there will be many cases like this coming soon. Solution: Sign your own signature and avoid forging someone else’s signature. Otherwise you will end up signing in at the Police Station.
