Bluesky and Island Rock have signed an agreement to have Bluesky products made available at all Island Rock stores.

The signing was held at Island Rock Company on Friday.

The partnership will enable customers to purchase a mobile phone and get a free sim card, fixed line, broadband, TV and e-charge all at once at Island Rock.

Bluesky Country manager, Alex Abraham, said the agreement is another step forward for the company.

“We started our new dealer in April and Island Rock today joined us and that is another milestone for us,” he said.

“There are a lot of similarities between the two companies especially with the products and services that we are offering.

“Today is another exciting milestone of that concept and Bluesky’s endeavor to serve our customers better by appointing another grand dealer, our very own good friends here at Island Rock as part of our dealer network.

“Island Rock is now the second Authorized Bluesky Dealer and we are excited about the possibilities that this partnership brings with it. There are key synergies and values alignment between the two brands.

“Island Rock has been long standing patriots of giving the best values to customers and it is something that Bluesky strives to do.

“As part of our vision to be the most energized and preferred company for Samoa, this new partnership with Island Rock supports our vision and ensures we reach our customers and the community at large more easily.

“We extend our sincere appreciation to the Managing Director of Island Rock and the team for bringing to fruition this exciting new partnership.

“This relationship is the product of mutual interest in synergizing resources to increase our reach in the community and to offer additional benefit to both our customers.

“Now at Island Rock we will have all Bluesky prepaid services for mobile, fixed line, broadband, TV, mobile phones and e-charge available for customers to access.

“There will be ongoing specials only available for Island Rock customers.

“We hope to extend the service offering as our partnership grows.” Managing Director of Island Rock Company, Tuaopepe Jerry Wallwork said this is a new beginning.

“This morning is a new beginning and a new venture for us and we are very happy that we are able to take on a partnership with Bluesky and one of the authorized resellers for Bluesky,” he said.

“And certainly we are looking forward to it and they will be giving us more products to offer to the public and I know that it is going to be a vice versa relationship.”
