Re: Parliament handbook 

It appears to me that this Cabinet Handbook 2011, was tailor made to clear the pathway for the L.T.R.A. 2008 to sail through without any oppositions in government. 

And its hard to believe that this Cabinet Handbook 2011 was written by the government, it must’ve been written by a foreign agent with tremendous interest in Samoa, and the government being a willing participant, because it doesn’t take a genius to see the problem with policies contain therein. 

And it is also hard to believe that a government let alone a Human Right Protection Party would allow these laws and policies to exist except corrupted officials. 

The reality in Samoa according to this handbook the people elect their faipule to be their opponent, only that their right to fight has been removed. Weird.
