I think Hartin lives on island and is involved in tourism or something.
I agree though.
The pipe dreams are the industries he says the Samoan government should open up state owned enterprises in and due to economies of scale will ever happen in Samoa unless there is massive investment in the necessary and expensive technology.
Call Centres?
You only need to speak English and Samoans can speak a hell of a lot better English with a clearer accent more amenable to palagi customers ears than Indians or Filipinos.
