Ah Liki Wholesale and Anchor has kicked off 2019 by helping parents with back to school preparations.

Yesterday, twenty customers were awarded monetary prizes and stationery vouchers as part of Anchor’s Back 2 School promotion. Since December, the promotion, which offered $15,000 worth of prizes (10 x $1,000 for school fees and 10 x $500 worth of stationery), received more than 18,000 entries.

One of the $1,000 winners for school fees, Theresa Ah Kuoi, was delighted.

“I have always bought Anchor milk because I prefer it the most than the other milk products, so when I saw their promotion I thought it was a great opportunity because I initially planned to go back to school but this is also a great help for my siblings as they are getting ready to be back to school soon,” she told Samoa Observer.

One of the winners for stationery vouchers, Fa’aniniva Amiatu from Leulumoega Tuai gave thanks to Ah Liki for giving back to its customers.

“I know these vouchers will be of great help for the students to buy their supplies and so I just wanted to give my thanks to Ah Liki and its owner, Taimalie but especially it’s beautiful employees,” said the father of one.

Malemolly Afaese Leniu of Malemolly A.L. store in Laulii expressed her appreciation.

“The prizes presented are all great and I thank God for this prize money because we don’t just get $1000 like this all the time

“Because we have a shop and we serve coffee to customers, we have always been using Anchor and cutting up bar codes to put into an envelope to write our child’s name on it for the draw and it has finally paid off,” she said, with the assurance she will now be using only anchor milk for her coffee.

Ah Liki Wholesale spokesperson, Losa Wallwork said the main reason behind their promotion was to “reward our customers and give back to communities by doing lots of different activities for them.”

Ah Liki General Manager, Asiata Alex Brunt, congratulated all the lucky winners.
