Eels hammer Knights, 59-21

The fifth round for the 2018 Bluesky Super Nine Rugby Championship kicked off yesterday at four different venues.

Nine teams are vying for the title. 

In yesterday’s matches, Navigators won against Southern Tornadoes in the Senior A division, but Southern Tornadoes defeated Navigators in the Under 20 division at Apia Park Stadium. 

Eels emerged victorious in both Under 20’s and Senior A division against Knights at the Marist St. Joseph’s Field, Lotopa. 

Chiefs were no exceptions to the winning streak for both Under 20s and Senior A teams against Warriors at Fasito’o Tai Primary School.  

Legends took the win against Eagles for Senior A division, but lost to them in the Under 20 division at Samoa Rugby Union Field. 

The Vikings did not participate yesterday, but they will play in the upcoming sixth round.

Under 20’s

Southern Tornadoes 39-5 Navigators

Eels 20-16 Knights

Eagles 21-13 Legends
