The government has so much experience in this area that they started to train other people to continue this most important skills of theft. 

Many have received this most sought after degree of Theft as a servant. 

Now the government has brought in foreigners to setup their business in our country killing off our local businesses, but the experienced people trained by the best, now magically started to established their own business within other businesses by working together as a team of well coordinated choreographic dance movement to simply work their magic and things disappears.
