Searching for a new life

The Samoa Observer received this letter from a Mr Jens Hasspacher from Germany with the accompanying photographs.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m sorry if I’m disturbing you. Could you help me, please?

Excuse me please for spelling mistakes, I learn English with a German-English dictionary, sorry.

My name is Jens Hasspacher, I’m 49 years old, 1.70m tall, have brown eyes and black hair, I’m a quiet, good-natured, romantic type and very nature-loving. I do not smoke and drink and live alone. I’m a not a rich man. I’m very simple and undemanding.

I’m very unhappy here in Germany! It is no longer a good life in Germany! That life here is very expensive and many people have no work/job and everything costs a lot of money due to economic crisis/euro crisis. There are all lies, deceit and deception here in Germany and European Union! I have a lot of anxiety, worry and fear here. I am afraid of poverty, crime and terrorism here in Germany and Europe. I have nothing to lose to permanently leave to go away from Germany and Europe, as quickly as soon as possible.

I am searching for a new life for me, a life in quiet and peace, a life in harmony with the nature.

I would rather somewhere on the world, somewhere in the south, poor but very happy to be able to live, than here in Germany where I live alone, poor and very unhappy.

Dear Sir or Madam, could you to help me please by the realization from my great dream and from my undertaking, to start a new life in your country?

I search for a little work/job for me on a nature conservancy project (eg. in a National Park/Botanical Gardens) or in an agricultural company/farm (e.g coconut plantation or vegetable grower farming/market garden/florist’s) as a landscape gardener assistant/agricultural worker assistant.

In addition I search for a real, whole simple, undemanding, serious and respectable woman for me, to get married and start a family, and for  long-term living together (forever) in your country, in quiet in peace and in harmony.

Dear Sir or Madam, could you to help me please, to search for and to find a woman/family and a work/job for me? If yes, I’m so happy, then I’m just coming immediately in your country.

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope, you are able to understand me and my letter. Excuse me please for spelling mistakes. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Please, keep in touch with me. Please answer me at my address:

Many thanks for your helpfulness and your efforts.

Yours sincerely,

Jens Hasspacher
