FESTIVAL

There is a Samoan festival in Hawaii showcasing siva afi. It is also a celebration of the Samoan language. Sadly, in the senior siva afi competition, there is only one Samoan competitor.

BUS STOPS

Even along the four-lane highway where there are bus stops allowing buses to pick up and drop passengers, some bus drivers are still stopping on the main road, even when the bus stop is next to them.

LATE SERVICE

There is a serious need for bus services to go up until 10 at night. People knocking off work later than 7 pm are finding it very difficult to reach home. Especially, those on minimum wage.

CONSTRAINTS

It seems there are plans to remove the roles of village heads financed by the government. Is this a sign of financial constraint?
